This Privacy Policy describes how personal data is collected, used, and protected when you visit betterbe.pro, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (General Data Protection Regulation — GDPR) and applicable Polish data protection law.

The Controller may collect the following personal data: • name and company name — provided voluntarily via the contact form, • email address — required to establish communication, • phone number — provided voluntarily in the contact form, • project-related information — submitted through forms, • technical data — IP address, browser type, operating system, screen resolution (collected automatically), • analytics data — pages visited, session duration, traffic source (collected via cookies, only with your consent).
